The unique Cobra shape and built-in Lynco support comfortably balances your feet and helps provide proper body alignment. Made from soft, breathable full grain leathers and state-of-the-art thermoplastic urethanes.

• How to Use: Begin by removing the footbed in your shoes, if possible. Replace the insole with your Aetrex Fashion Orthotics. When placing your new Cobra shaped orthotics in your shoes, make sure the arch is placed on the inside of the shoe.
• We recommend spot-cleaning Aetrex orthotics with clear, mild soap and a damp cloth, and air drying naturally. Do not machine wash or dry. 
• We recommend sizing up if you're in between sizes
